The camera is also able to record at a high video frame rate to ensure smooth on-screen movement. This means that you won't miss a moment.
Advanced motion detection
Be aware whenever motion is detected on your property with advanced motion detection. This system features person/vehicle detection on up to 2 channels which helps reduce unnecessary alerts and false alarms from moving branches or animals. Important motion events that are recorded can easily be found using the Smart Search feature, which organizes events by type (e.g. person/vehicle motion vs. general motion, etc.).
Wireless stability
Lorex’s SignalGuard technology ensures a constant and reliable connection between your wireless security cameras and DVR. If it detects a drop in signal strength (or a camera loses its connection), it will automatically reset the connection and maintain the surveillance feed. Your wireless security cameras also use next generation adaptive Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) technology, which will help minimize the impact from competing wireless signals and keep your video feed secure.
Remote viewing from your mobile with Lorex
This feature-rich system is designed for use with our innovative, hassle-free Lorex™ app. Using Lorex, you can quickly and easily view your security system remotely from your smartphone or tablet and control active deterrence features. Simply download the free app, scan the QR code on the DVR and your cameras will appear for you to monitor (or review footage). Get more with Listen-In Audio Recording
The built-in microphone within your LW4211B security camera will help provide additional information (such as voices) should an intrusion ever occur. Listen-in audio will also expand your surveillance coverage beyond the actual field of view of your camera.* This means that even if the people or objects are off-camera, the microphone can continue to assist you in interpreting the event.

Long distance wireless range
This wireless camera has a powerful long-range signal and can be placed up to 600ft away from the receiver, giving you flexible installation options without compromising your safety. These cameras also use adaptive DSSS (Direct-Sequence Spread Spectrum) technology to reduce signal interference and minimize conflicts with other competing wireless signals, such as your modem or cordless phone signals. This type of signal also secures your system as it generates a channel hopping sequence created by the receiver that only the camera can follow through the "pairing" function.
Weatherproof receiver
Like the cameras, the included wireless receiver is also fully weatherproof, so it can be installed outdoors for optimal wireless reception. Just run the USB cable from the DVR outdoors to wherever the receiver is located. This USB extension cable can help to accomplish this.

Omni-directional wireless range extender antenna
Use this 2.4 GHz Omni-Directional Antenna to boost your wireless signal in all directions. One can be used on the camera itself, and two on the receiver.
25ft Weatherproof USB Extension
Use this 25ft USB Extension Cable to extend the distance of your wireless receiver from the DVR. It is fully weatherproof as well, so feel free to run it from the DVR to the outdoors.
Directional wireless range extender antenna
Use this 2.4GHz Directional Wireless Panel Antenna to focus a wireless signal in a specific direction. Use up to three range extenders (2 per receiver, 1 per camera).

This means that you can rely on this professional grade hard drive to safely store weeks (or even months) of security footage. It is also possible to manually upgrade the hard drive within the DVR to a hard drive up to 8TB in size.
